Whether you enjoy cuddling babies, telling Bible stories, planning Vacation Bible School activities, greeting, feeding or leading a small group of elementary-age children, there is a place for you! We want to help you best use your God-given gifts in the lives of children. Your first step is to contact Children's Ministry staff. We can get you started!

Opportunities include:

• Infant and toddler care during our weekend services
• Teaching (2 year old thru 5th grade)
• Classroom assistant
• Small group leader with our elementary kids
• Special Needs mentor
• Curriculum prep team
• Tech and media support
• Kids' Worship Team, both vocal & instrumental
• Summer VBS and special events during the year
• Hospitality and greeting
• And there is much more ... whether you want to work directly with children or be more involved with adults, we can get you on our team!

Security & Safety

All of our Guiding Lights connected with Jesse Lee Children’s Ministry have been thru a volunteer application process that includes a background check and interview with our paid Children's Ministry Director. Once your volunteer assignment and expectations have been discussed with the Children’s Ministry Director, you can begin! Specific training will be provided depending on your area of ministry.
